| Looking for narrowboat / Dutch barge / moveable houseboat / large motor boat something else (over approx 50 ft) to rent for long-term let, Thames valley (or will move to mooring from elsewhere). Professional gent / teenage daughter / 2 happy cats. If you have a boat that is otherwise standing idle then earn some revenue form renting it to me. I look after my charges very well and do ad-hoc maintenance before you knew there was a problem (I'm a chartered engineer) - references available.

My dutch luxemotor barge "JETTA" was built in holland in 1929. she is largely looks as originally built, however, the wooden hatchcovers are placed on top of a new steel top which incorporates 6 hardwood double glazed opening rooflights and weld-in opening portholes have been installed in the hold coamings. The wheelhouse steel work is all new and iroko uppersides are double glazed. The back cabin steel work is brand new built to copy the original. The entire boat is well insulated with rockwool and is very warm in winter. The engine, generator, batteries, and indeed entire engine room, central heating, plumbing and electrical wiring are brand new. Tanks include red diesel, white diesel, black x 2 and water x 2. Last survey and docking was in 2005 and all work was carried out. Yetta is 95% finished and requires a small amount of work. |

2001 model, she is 21.5 feet, with only 258 hours. Easy Tiger has a white hull with navy blue stripe. She has a Volva Penta inboard V8 5 litre petrol engine. Outdrive XS Volvo Penta with stainless steel prop. Automatic bilge pump, hydraulic engine lift, twin batteries, 1 car and 1 leisure, lighting in the cockpit and cuddy. Navigation and anchor lights for safe night crossings.
Spacious cuddy sleeps 2 (with tasteful leather look cream interior) and 2 in the cockpit, seats 8, walk through transom, brand new waterproof CD player, new waterproof ship to shore radio, compass, depth sounder, slide away porta loo. Full set of camper covers including bimini cover, road tonneau all in navy blue. We also have a winter cover.
Easy Tiger has always been kept on a trailer so in very good condition for age, just serviced outdrive and engine. Well serviced De Graaf double wheeled braked trailer, new axles last year.
