DESCRIPTION

A Reeves built shell, fitted out to exceptional quality throughout the interior by Kirton Narrowboats.

The layout incorporates a master cabin forward with en-suite, a sizeable shower room, guest cabin with convertible single or double berth, corridor to port, lounge and galley aft.

The windows are all polished aluminum and all external fittings are chrome. The lavish interior is of solid light oak timber with intricate detailing. Light oak veneered 12mm ply to side walls with 19mm used for bulkheads. doors and furniture. The ceiling is painted tongue and groove moisture resistant MDF. Top deck was scheduled to be painted/refreshed this year but weather did not permit. She was however blacked in Nov 2024.

Equipment fitted includes; Bow thruster, 9kw Webasto heating ( serviced September 2021) , Mastervolt inverter / charger, the boat is fully electrically certified and comes with a new boat safety certificate in Feb 2024. Canopies fitted in 2016 to cratch & 2018 to cockpit, Other recent works include changed fridge to 12',' and oil stove to multi-fuel. Added 3 solar panels totalling 450 watts. LED lighting throughout, 4 new 130 ah AGM batteries (2024) New futon in main saloon (2024). Serviced to manufactures schedule.

LAYOUT

EXTERIOR

Locker to the bow with storage. Two additional fixed seating areas doors to cabin. Cabin roof fitted with handholds along either side, Two central mooring eyes. Aft cockpit surrounded by push pit rail fitted with a canvas dodger. Storage lockers fitted to port and starboard sides port side housing two gas bottles. Centrally located twin doors and sliding hatch giving access to main saloon and galley.

MAIN SALOON and GALLEY

The galley accessed via 4 Steps from the rear deck, cupboard to the port side of the stairs with all controls for electronics and power control. To the starboard side for coat storage. The galley being fitted with a L shape unit to starboard with four bar stools and a further unit to port. Good sized solid granite work tops with a breakfast bar. Fitted with stainless steel sink and drainer, four burner gas hob. Gas oven with separate grill. Ample storage cupboards and drawers below work surfaces both to port and starboard. Large windows giving excellent natural light with side doors to port.

Ahead of the galley is the saloon, a dual fuel Stove to port . At the forward end of the saloon a bookcase and entertainment unit is fitted being home to the flat screen television. below is a storage unit. A radiator is fitted to both sides of the saloon area and along to the corridor which leads to the accommodation. The entire saloon area is finished in oatmeal carpet flooring.


BEDROOM 2

Access is through an oak door with a single bed that converts to a double and full height wardrobe. The cabin has a full size window allowing lots of natural light dressed with curtains and complimented with the same luxury carpet as the lounge.

SHOWER and TOILET ROOM

Located to the Starboard side ahead of the galley and saloon and accessed from the corridor. Featuring a Double size shower cubical as you enter, an electric water flush toilet outboard of this. On the aft side a vanity unit with the wash basin located to the top. storage beneath the surfaces. mirror above and floor to ceiling stowage located behind the door.

MAIN CABIN

At the forward end of the vessel there is a king sized bed with ample drawer storage below plus bedside cabinets. There are two double wardrobes with double hanging space in each and next to these is an en-suite toilet housing a Thetford cassette toilet and wash hand basin. Either side of the doors leading to the bow are four further storage cupboards. Access doors to the forward exterior cratch.

ENGINE ROOM

Situated beneath the aft deck with a large removable central hatch offering access to the engine, batteries and bilges. The battery system having been upgraded to a comprehensive specification. These are charged via either the engine, 240v charger. or solar panels.
