Having been in the care of the current owner since 2019, Tipsy Toad has had loads of loving attention paid to her in recent years and you only need to step inside to really appreciate the beautifully appointed wood-lined interior. All that's needed now is a renewal of the exterior paintwork and she'll be a real stunner.

Structurally, the base plate was overplated in 2018 in minimum 6mm steel. The boat was freshly blacked and fitted with 4 new anodes in August 2024, and a new Boat Safety Certificate was issued in January 2026 with no outstanding advice checks.

Stepping through the stern doors, the first cabin is a dedicated double bedroom with attractive 'porthole' windows and storage space above and around. This is followed by a smart walk-through bathroom, fully equipped with a waterproof-panelled shower cubicle, hand washbasin and cassette toilet. A space-saving sliding door opens onto a sleek and stylish galley with work surfaces to either side, lots of storage cupboards, under-counter fridge, sink with draining board, full-sized oven, grill and hob, and even a worktop-mounted microwave which is included in the sale.

There are beautifully painted side hatches to either side of the galley, and then a lovely Pullman-style dinette, which can be converted to provide a double bed for guests.

Finally, the saloon is furnished with a large sofa bed that can also be converted into a double berth. A corner stove is fitted with a back boiler for the central heating, and double doors lead onto the cratch-covered bow deck.
