Alm is a 36ft steel cruiser from a lesser known Dutch yard that has been in business for many years producing quality cruisers for the European market.
Alm was purchased new by her current owners in 1989 and has cruised mainly on the non tidal Thames but has done several trips into tidal waters including the Burnham on Crouch and the Rochester on the Medway.
She will make a superb family boat offering 4-6 berths and a spacious saloon with separate dinette along with twin steering positions to allow cruising in all weathers.
Alm is a credit to her owners, she is presented in lovely condition and is ready to go cruising. Change of hobbies allows this craft to come onto the market for the first time since new.
Alm was lifted from the water for re-antifouling in September 2020 and the anodes were replaced for new. The pictures show her prior to this work being done.

Accommodation

Access to the vessel is from the side decks and then onto the rear cabin where you will find a large glazed door and wooden hatch leading to the main saloon down several steps. This area is bright & airy and has a pleasant seating area along with the internal helm position. There is ample storage space and a handy TV unit in the corner with the refrigerator under. Moving forwards there is the separate dinette to starboard and a galley to port. A door then encloses the front cabin which has V berths and 2 wardrobes.
Moving aft, through the saloon there are steps to the rear area, this houses the WC to starboard and to port a shower room. Moving aft further takes you into the owners cabin with fixed double bed and adequate storage for extended holidays and time afloat.
the battery switches are located under the aft cabin steps and are very easy to get to, this also allows a quick view of the aft end of the engine. Full engine access is by way of hatches in the saloon floor.
Side decks and quality rails provide safe movement around the decks.

All steel construction finished in white paint with non slip areas and flex teak decking along main areas and rear cabin.
